Our History
Vonlec was established in 2021 with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality electrical and communications services with greater precision, professionalism, and accountability than typically seen in the industry.
Founded by licensed electrician Adam van Kerkvoort, Vonlec was built on years of hands-on experience across commercial, industrial, and government projects. From the beginning, the company set out to challenge industry norms — prioritising clean, compliant installations, clear communication, and long-term client relationships over volume and shortcuts.
What started as a small operation servicing Southeast Queensland quickly grew through word of mouth, repeat business, and referrals from Tier 1 contractors and government clients. As project demands evolved, so did Vonlec’s service offering — expanding from core electrical and data services into fibre upgrades, instrumentation, traffic systems, and civil-electrical works.
In recent years, Vonlec has taken a forward-focused step into green energy solutions, helping clients transition to more sustainable infrastructure through energy-efficient systems, solar readiness, and smarter electrical design.
